Refund Policy

Because all FenviQ window film orders are custom pre-cut to your specified dimensions, our refund policy reflects the made-to-order nature of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom-Cut Orders — No Returns

All orders are custom pre-cut to the exact measurements you provide at checkout. As a result, custom-cut film orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun (typically within 1 business day of payment). We encourage you to double-check your measurements before completing your purchase.

2. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. If your order has not yet entered production, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cancellation requests received after production has started cannot be accommodated.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective (e.g., manufacturing defect, visible damage from transit) or was cut to incorrect dimensions due to a FenviQ error, we will replace the item at no charge or issue a full refund. To initiate a claim:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product
  • Do not attempt to install defective film — installation voids defect claims

4. Incorrect Measurements Provided by Customer

FenviQ is not responsible for film that does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer at checkout. We recommend measuring each window twice and adding 1/4 inch of clearance on each side. No refund or replacement will be issued for sizing errors caused by customer-provided measurements.

5. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Stripe/credit card) within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
