These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FenviQ website and your purchase of window film products from FenviQ Inc. ("FenviQ," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All window film orders are custom pre-cut to the exact dimensions you provide at checkout. Because each order is made-to-measure, it is your responsibility to measure your windows accurately before placing an order. FenviQ is not liable for film that does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment. This handling time allows us to custom-cut your film to your specified dimensions. Shipping transit times are in addition to this handling period and vary by province and selected carrier service.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed upon successful payment authorization. FenviQ reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or product unavailability.
FenviQ ships to all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your province, postal code, and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over $200 CAD. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
FenviQ products are designed for DIY installation. FenviQ does not provide installation services. By purchasing, you acknowledge that installation results depend on proper surface preparation, technique, and environmental conditions. FenviQ is not responsible for installation outcomes.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of FenviQ Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, FenviQ's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. FenviQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
